The Local Government Board of the Torrevieja City Council has approved the contracting file for the reurbanization of Phase I of the Casa Grande Industrial Park, with a budget of 1,981,001 euros and an execution period of seven months.

This project, now open for tender through a simplified open procedure, seeks to modernize a strategic infrastructure for the economic and productive development of Torrevieja. Currently, the industrial park presents functional and constructive deficiencies affecting accessibility, urban service networks, and road and pedestrian safety, necessitating a comprehensive modernization intervention.
The actions planned in this first phase will allow for the renovation and adaptation of road infrastructure and paving, improvement of urban service networks, and increased safety and functionality of public spaces. Furthermore, technical coherence with subsequent phases of the overall industrial park reurbanization project is guaranteed.
The contract will be multi-year, with an investment forecast of 450,000 euros in 2026 and 1,531,001 euros in 2027. This planning will ensure the correct completion of the works.
With the tendering of this first phase, the Torrevieja City Council continues to modernize its industrial park and improve the municipality's productive infrastructure, committing to job creation, strengthening the business fabric, and consolidating a more competitive, safe, and prepared environment for economic growth.
