The National Police have arrested three individuals, one of them in Albatera, as alleged perpetrators of the homicide of a man that occurred on November 8 in Parla (Madrid) after a fight between two groups of people.

The events took place in the street, where the victim received a severe blow to the head with a large bar. This impact caused a traumatic brain injury that, unfortunately, led to his death.
After several months of investigation, the three alleged perpetrators, who fled the scene in a car, have been arrested. The Superior Police Headquarters has reported that, after being brought before the court, the material author of the events has been imprisoned.
Initial investigations determined that, after an argument between two groups, a fight broke out in which they attacked each other with glass objects. One of the men injured another young man with a wooden stake, of those used as a guide for tree growth in public areas. After the assault, the victim fell unconscious and died minutes later. Upon the arrival of the officers, the involved parties had already fled in a car, although the weapon used was located nearby.
The police investigation proved laborious, as passers-by and neighbors who alerted emergency services could not provide data or descriptions of those involved. However, as the investigation progressed, the identity of the three alleged perpetrators was determined, and they were recognized by the victim's friends.
For all these reasons, on April 15, a special operation was established to arrest these individuals. Finally, they were arrested in the Toledo towns of Portillo and Fuensalida, and in Albatera (Baix Segura), as alleged perpetrators of a homicide offense. The judicial authority ordered the imprisonment of the material author of the events.
