Pedro Albert Sworn in as Councillor in Alcalà de Xivert Town Council

Pedro Albert has been sworn in as a new councillor in the Alcalà de Xivert Town Council, representing the Agrupació Local pel Canvi (ALC), replacing Ana Martín, who was the lead candidate in the 2023 elections.

The new councillor, Pedro Albert, has taken his oath of office and actively participated in an extraordinary plenary session of the municipal council. This session included the approval of four additional agenda items, demonstrating his immediate integration into council duties.
The mayor, Francisco Juan Mars, welcomed Albert, who joins the municipal corporation from the opposition. The mayor highlighted his commitment and service to the people of Xivert.

Following the welcoming remarks, Pedro Albert expressed his desire to participate fully in the plenary session. The mayor reminded him that, from the moment he took the oath, he is fully authorized to discuss and vote on all agenda items.
The extraordinary session lasted 13 minutes. The second item on the agenda saw the opposition abstain, while the last two items were approved unanimously by all council members.
