The XXIV Vinaròs Book Fair has closed its doors with remarkable success, drawing hundreds of visitors to the pergola area of the Colón section of the promenade. The day, marked by good weather, allowed the public to fully enjoy the cultural offerings.
The event featured over 50 stalls, including bookstores, publishers, cultural associations, and even florists offering roses. A main stage hosted various activities, such as musical performances, dramatized readings, and shows aimed at all audiences.
Twenty authors were present at the fair, signing their latest publications and interacting with readers. Additionally, a children's area was set up with specific activities for the little ones, aiming to foster a love for reading from an early age.
This year, the 'Save a Book' campaign was implemented again, an initiative that seeks to give a second life to used copies. For every book purchased at the stalls, visitors received a gift voucher that could be exchanged for second-hand books, thus promoting sustainability and access to reading.
The fair concluded with a balloon release, carried out by the Colla de Nanos i Gegants, bringing a successful edition to an end.
