Works on the Toni Herreros athletics track in Gandia have resumed this week, as reported by the Sports Councilor, Jesús Naveiro, with the goal of completing the infrastructure by the end of July.

The delegated Sports Councilor, Jesús Naveiro, has confirmed the resumption of works on the Toni Herreros athletics track, as previously announced. During the first few days, workers have begun organizing and preparing the space.
These tasks include the incorporation of machinery and the delimitation of work areas to ensure safety. Access to the track and the area connecting to the weight training room has been restricted, though the latter will remain available for athletes to maintain their physical preparation.
Naveiro stated that the objective is for the final phase of the works to proceed normally and without setbacks, meeting the deadlines set by the construction company. The athletics track is expected to be completed by the end of July, as initially planned.
