The upcoming opening of Vitalia Gandia in the Beniopa-Paseo area will enhance care options in La Safor with a model focused on privacy, comfort, and functional recovery for residents.

The new Vitalia Gandia senior residence, located in the Beniopa-Paseo area, is preparing to open its doors with a proposal that seeks to differentiate itself from the traditional model. This center, expected to become a benchmark in Gandia and the Valencian Community, emphasizes creating a more humane and personalized environment for its residents.
The design of Vitalia Gandia is based on cohabitation units, conceived as small homes for no more than 15 people. This structure fosters closer coexistence and allows for adapting routines and care to the individual needs of each resident, moving away from overcrowding and promoting intimacy.

The idea is simple: less overcrowding, more closeness, and greater capacity to adapt care to the needs, preferences, and rhythms of each person.

One of the pillars of the new center is privacy, with 95% of the spaces distributed in individual rooms that include a private bathroom and natural light. Additionally, the building will feature spacious and accessible gardens and terraces, designed to promote outdoor living and contact with natural light, key aspects for the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
Vitalia Gandia will also offer permanent medical service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure continuous safety and assistance. One of the most notable services will be its commitment to neurological rehabilitation, with advanced technologies and therapies specialized in treating brain damage. This will allow the complex to function not only as a residence but also as a recovery space for residents and external users needing outpatient rehabilitation or temporary stays.
