The independent party, which is part of the Government of Oliva, thus becomes the first in the Safor region to confirm its lead candidate for the 2027 municipal elections. The congress, which will focus on municipalism and the renewal of the national leadership, is themed “The moment is now. Municipalists”.
Registrations to participate in the event are still open online. The previous day, Friday, June 19, from 5 PM to 7 PM, accreditation and documentation will be received and distributed to delegates and guests.
On Saturday, June 20, the congress will begin at 10 AM with the official opening, including greetings from the organizing committee, Gemma García, coordinator of UCIN Comunitat Valenciana, and Salvador Llopis himself, who is Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Tourism and Beaches.
At 11 AM, a round table will address the future of UCIN with regional and provincial coordinators. Subsequently, the experiences of UCIN councilors from both the opposition and municipal government will be discussed.
After lunch, the afternoon will be dedicated to the constitution of the congress's board, the election of its members, the approval of the agenda, the report from the UCIN president, the presentation and debate of the statutes and political papers, and the presentation of candidacies. At 6 PM, elections for the governing bodies will be held.
