The Club d'Atletisme Safor Teika participated with both its teams in the Absolute Outdoor Clubs Autonomous Championship, held last Saturday in Elche, achieving notable results.

The Safor Teika women's team demonstrated a high level in the competition, finishing in a commendable fourth position. Meanwhile, the men's team secured sixth place in this autonomous championship.
For this edition, the club opted for a rotation strategy, resting some of its regular athletes. This decision allowed younger talents to gain experience by competing in higher-level events, thus fostering their athletic development.
Among the most outstanding individual results, in the men's category, Sergio Redondo was first in the 400m and Manuel Canet in discus. Arturo Climent achieved second place in hammer throw, while Rubén Mayor (shot put) and Miguel Navarro (long jump) finished third in their respective events.
As for the female athletes, Lucía Gramage (200m), Daniela García (1,500m), and Stella Ortín (3,000m steeplechase) secured first place. Sara Sánchez (400m) and Àngels Ferrando (3,000m) were second, and Claudia Alriols (100m), Iris Estruch (400m), Aitana Valdés (hammer throw), and the 4x400m relay team achieved third place.
