The announcement, made on May 18th, marks the beginning of a new Fallas season for the city. Lidia Marín Marzal, 35, who has been associated with the Falla Sagrada Família-Corea commission since birth, has a long history in the festival, influenced by family members who held representative positions.
Marín has actively participated in festivals and parades, serving as Queen of the Children's Festival in 2001, Queen of Poetry in 2007, Queen of the Falla in 2024, and a member of the Court of Honor in 2025. Professionally, she is a dentist specializing in endodontics.
Meanwhile, Valentina Jordà Micó, aged 10, will represent the children's sector. She began her journey with the Falla Sant Nicolau-Mosquit and is currently part of the Falla Carrer Major i Passeig. She has been the Falla's Godmother in 2023-2024, Queen of Fire a year later, and Queen of the Falla in the 2025-2026 term.
