Five municipalities in the south of La Safor have launched a joint project to strengthen off-season tourism promotion and foster a solidarity initiative focused on rare diseases.

The towns of Guardamar de la Safor, Daimús, Bellreguard, Miramar, and Piles have joined forces to create a proposal that will combine sport and solidarity. The main objective is to highlight the area's resources and generate a positive impact both socially and economically.
The official planning of this project began on Wednesday, April 15, at a meeting where municipal representatives established the basic lines of collaboration and coordination. The initiative is expected to be launched soon.
One of the fundamental pillars will be the solidarity component, which will seek to give visibility and support to people affected by rare diseases. This action aims to raise awareness in society and gather efforts for this cause.
This proposal represents a step forward in regional cooperation, strengthening ties between towns and contributing to revitalizing the territory beyond the summer season. In the coming weeks, all the details of this event will be announced, which will tour the five municipalities and become a new benchmark for the south of La Safor.
