The Centre for Rural Development (CDR) La Safor is organizing the Labor Connection employment forum on April 22 at the Social Center of Rafelcofer, to connect companies in the region with individuals seeking new job opportunities.

This initiative aims to generate real employment opportunities and foster direct contact between businesses and candidates, thereby promoting labor integration and the socioeconomic development of the La Safor region.
During the forum, participants will have the opportunity to meet companies, submit resumes, participate in quick interviews, and learn about various job opportunities, as well as receive guidance and advice on the labor market.
Prior to the event, the employment area of CDR La Safor conducted activities aimed at improving the employability of participants, including CV enhancement, professional goal definition, understanding professional competencies, and career guidance interventions.
These initiatives are part of the work carried out by CDR La Safor to promote socio-labor inclusion and improve access to employment opportunities, especially for individuals in vulnerable situations or with difficulties entering the labor market.
The event is subsidized under the PAS A PAS project of the Generalitat Valenciana, through the Ministry of Social Services, Family and Childhood. With Labor Connection, CDR La Safor continues its commitment to creating meeting spaces between the business community and citizens, strengthening cooperation among social and economic agents in the region to promote a more inclusive and accessible labor market.
