A fire that occurred in the early morning in Beniarjó affected three vehicles and the facade of a house on Riu Serpis Street, with no personal injuries reported.

The incident took place at 00:30 AM on Riu Serpis Street in the town of Beniarjó. A fire brigade had to intervene to extinguish the flames, which, fortunately, did not cause any casualties.
According to the mayor of Beniarjó, Óscar Barres, one of the vehicles caught fire for reasons still unknown. Thanks to the swift action of the firefighters and the Civil Guard, who also attended the scene, only material damages were reported.
The incident caused a great scare among the residents, as some were already sleeping. Many of them immediately went out into the street to see what was happening. Health services attended to an 80-year-old neighbor for an anxiety attack due to the events.
