The conference, held at the Luz Hotel under the slogan "Leading from Within," brought together talented and initiative-driven women to share experiences on female leadership, creativity, neuroscience, and personal rituals. The Mayor of Castelló, Begoña Carrasco, highlighted the municipal support for women transforming the city and praised Reinventhadas' role in promoting female entrepreneurship.
Key figures also present included the Director General of Equality, Davinia Bono Pozuelo; the Provincial Deputy for Equality, Marisa Torlá; the President of the Municipal Council for Equality, Clara Adsuara; and socialist councilwomen Patricia Puerta, Mónica Barabás, and Mari Carmen Ribera.
The conference featured presentations such as "Create like a girl" by Verónica Maraver, "Keys to Neuroscience to Enhance Your Best Version" by Nerea López, and "It's Not by Chance, It's the Power of Ritual" by Gemma Fillol. Additionally, a panel of Reinventhadas protagonists and networking workshops were held.
Mayor Carrasco emphasized the importance of self-belief, finding support, and overcoming fears when starting a venture. The initiative also had a charitable component, with proceeds going to the Le Cadó Foundation, which works against breast cancer.
