The Castelló Auditorium, an own venue of the Institut Valencià de Cultura, will bring its concert season to a close this Sunday, June 14, at 7:30 PM. The performance will feature the ADDA Simfònica de Alicante, conducted by Josep Vicent, as part of the Auditorium's Symphonic Subscription.
The ensemble, which has received accolades from the Spanish Music Academy and has been nominated for Grammy and Latin Grammy awards, will present the program 'El viatge existencial' (The Existential Journey). They will be joined by Ukrainian pianist Anna Fedorova.
The repertoire includes two masterpieces from the romantic and post-romantic eras: Rachmaninov's 'Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini' and Mahler's 'Symphony No. 1 in D major, Titan'.
