Gorka Lozano, a 26-year-old computer engineer currently unemployed, has found in artificial intelligence a way to showcase Castellón in an unprecedented manner. He began this project about three months ago, inspired by videos that recreated video game scenes with AI. His idea was to apply this technique to his hometown.
The initial videos were very well-received, encouraging Lozano to replicate the formula with other popular video games like The Last of Us or God of War. His goal is to blend concepts to offer unique content, demonstrating AI's ability to adapt any idea. Although he is currently focusing on Castellón, he intends to expand his repertoire to other locations.
Lozano's created content is not limited to video games. He also explores the history of Castellón and other towns in the province. Recently, he published a video about the abandonment of Castell Vell in the 13th century to found the city, and another about the origin of carmelite liqueur in Benicàssim in 1896.
For creating his videos, Lozano uses the OpenArt application. After trying other tools like ChatGPT for image generation, he opted for OpenArt due to its animation capabilities, voice-over addition, and the ability to extend clips up to 15 seconds.
Lozano believes these tools represent the future of content creation, as they facilitate production for individuals without advanced computer or editing skills. He encourages similar profiles to try AI, highlighting that with time and patience, new career opportunities can be opened.
