The city of Castellón hosted this Saturday the first day of the Satsang Life Experience, a proposal focused on wellness, yoga, and healthy living that brought together dozens of people at the CIPFP Costa de Azahar.

The event transformed the educational center into an open meeting point for the community, where coexistence and the Mediterranean lifestyle were the main focus. The program included yoga and meditation sessions, family workshops, live music, a conscious market, and healthy gastronomy offerings, creating an environment focused on integral well-being and education in healthy habits.
The Councilor for Tourism, Arantxa Miralles, highlighted the positive reception, emphasizing that “Castellón continues to advance in its positioning as a destination for wellness, family, and experiential tourism”. Miralles pointed out that initiatives like this “reinforce the city's image as an open, dynamic destination connected with new tourism trends”, as well as “diversifying the local tourism offer and promoting de-seasonalized activities”.
The festival will continue on Sunday, coinciding with the International Day of Yoga, with new activities open to the public and a special program focused on connecting with nature and personal balance. The organization expects to maintain high participation and consolidate the success of this first edition.
The event also has a solidarity dimension, as part of the proceeds from guided activities will be donated to Asolecas, a Castellón-based association that supports people affected by leukemia and their families, thus reinforcing the initiative's social commitment.
