The Valencian firm Cavas Marevia, based in Requena, proposes a collection of sparkling wines ideal for enjoying spring afternoons, highlighting its commitment to organic viticulture and quality.

With a trajectory of almost two decades, Cavas Marevia has consolidated itself as one of the main cava producers in the Valencian Community. The winery, with the experience of the Hevia Ferrer family, has developed a complete collection of cavas, many of them perfect for their freshness and vivacity for spring celebrations.
Its most popular range is Vega Medién, a label that reflects the winery's commitment to organic viticulture. All references in this line, from semi-dry to brut nature, have the official organic production seal. The collection includes three white cavas (semi-dry, brut, and brut nature, made with Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes) and a rosé (exclusively from Garnacha). The quality of these cavas has been recognized with numerous international awards, such as those obtained by the Vega Medién Brut Eco in events like the Berliner Wein Trophy or the International Organic Wine Award.
Another of the brands from the Requena winery is Nit del Foc, a line of cavas inspired by the gunpowder of Valencian festivities, associating it with the magic of uncorking a bottle during celebrations. Above these is the Gran Cuvée line, Marevia's premium range, which currently offers a brut and a brut rosé. The label of these cavas is a reinterpretation of the mural that the artist Lula Goce painted for the winery in its Requena facilities, turning each bottle into a piece of art.
The Marevia Gran Cuvée Brut white, made with Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes, stands out for its fresh and versatile profile, ideal for any occasion. The Brut Rosé, made exclusively with Garnacha grapes, is vibrant and fruity. Both are made with selected grapes from the best plots in Requena, cultivated under organic guidelines.
At the pinnacle of the firm's sparkling wines is the Marevia cava family, representing the Hevia Ferrer's cava excellence. It includes two sparkling wines with the 'reserva' seal, guaranteeing a minimum of 18 months of aging on lees. One is a Chardonnay Brut Nature white with 30 months of aging, and the other is a Brut Nature white made with the Blanc de Noir technique from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, with 25 months of aging. All Marevia cava collections are available in restaurants, specialized stores, and their online store.
