The Utiel City Council has opened applications for the paid internship program “Utiel JO-B”, offering 4 positions for local students during the summer of 2026.

The initiative, designed to facilitate a first step into the job market, will allow young people to apply theoretical knowledge within municipal services. The program combines the concepts of 'Youth', 'Interns', and 'job'.
Three positions are available for Summer School monitors and one for a lifeguard. The internships will last two months, from July 1st to August 31st, 2026, with a gross monthly remuneration of €500.
To be eligible, applicants must be of legal age, registered residents of Utiel, be pursuing vocational training or university studies related to the positions, and not hold other grants or engage in simultaneous work activities. Selection will be based on academic records, relevant complementary training, and socioeconomic status.
The application period opens on Thursday, June 4th, and closes on Wednesday, June 10th. Interested individuals can apply online through the City Council's Electronic Office or in person at the Citizen Service Center (SAIC).
