The event, filled with memories and recognition, was attended by the festival queen of 2026, Berta Beteta Beltrán, and the ladies of her court of honor. Also present were the city's mayor, the Councilor for Festivals, the president of the Festival Board, the president of the Peñas Commission, members of the municipal corporation, and family and friends of those honored.
During the ceremony, the protagonists from 2001 and 1976 took to the stage to the applause of the audience. Representing 2001, Gemma Nácher Álvaro, Esther Escrihuela Mezquita, Ainhoa Gil Villarreal, Inés Cerezo Ramírez, Sheila Guzmán Amorós, and María José Salvador Gascón were recognized, along with queen Dolors Maria Nácher Álvaro. From the court of honor of 1976, Puri Agulleiro Llorens, Puri Recatalá Molés, Esmeralda Cabedo Solá, Lolita Villarreal Cuadau, Mª Carmen Ortells Sanjuán, Carmen Carda Ayet, Lourdes Carda Monzonís, and Pilar Galindo Sidro were honored, accompanied by queen Ana Candau Vilanova.

The mayor concluded the event with a speech that underscored the importance of preserving Vila-real's festive memory. He stressed that the courts of honor from 1976 and 2001 are part of the living history of the town and represent an invisible thread connecting generations around traditions, patrons, and a sense of belonging. He also recalled the historical, social, and cultural context of both years, highlighting the evolution of the patron saint festivals and the city, as well as the role of the queens and ladies as ambassadors of Vila-real.
During the event, commemorative gifts were presented by the City Council, and a family photograph was taken, symbolizing a city that continues to recognize and honor the people who have been part of its festive history.
