The Som Talent Burriana Forum held its seventh edition, gathering 40 companies from the province and receiving over 3,285 applications for more than 200 job positions, consolidating its role as a leading employment intermediation event.

The event, which took place at the Llar Fallera, saw 823 registered individuals participate in a marathon of simultaneous interviews with human resources managers. This initiative has become one of the main tools for labor intermediation in the municipality, facilitating direct contact between companies and candidates through 15-minute in-person interviews.
The increase in participating companies compared to previous editions reinforces the growth of this initiative, which aims to connect the needs of the business sector with individuals actively seeking employment. This year's edition marked a significant leap in business participation, reaching 40 companies and a record number of applications.

"This event brings together leading companies in the area and highlights the enormous local talent of Burriana. It is an agile and personal way for citizens actively seeking employment or in the process of career improvement to conduct direct and in-person interviews."
