The event, which took place at the Llar Fallera, saw 823 registered individuals participate in a marathon of simultaneous interviews with human resources managers. This initiative has become one of the main tools for labor intermediation in the municipality, facilitating direct contact between companies and candidates through 15-minute in-person interviews.
The increase in participating companies compared to previous editions reinforces the growth of this initiative, which aims to connect the needs of the business sector with individuals actively seeking employment. This year's edition marked a significant leap in business participation, reaching 40 companies and a record number of applications.
“"This event brings together leading companies in the area and highlights the enormous local talent of Burriana. It is an agile and personal way for citizens actively seeking employment or in the process of career improvement to conduct direct and in-person interviews."
According to the city council, the forum has become a key meeting point to boost the local labor market and offer new professional opportunities in the capital of La Plana Baixa.
“"This seventh edition has been a resounding success in management and participation, fostering employment in our municipality. The volume of applications and the response from the business sector demonstrate that this forum is an essential engine for revitalizing the local labor market and offering real opportunities to residents."
