During 2025, several significant interventions have been carried out. These include road improvement and maintenance works, as well as median strips in the Miralcamp Industrial Park. Clearing and conditioning of roads have also been performed in EGM Nord 2 and EGM Sur 13. Furthermore, improvements to green areas and common spaces in Trencadella and Entre Ríos have been promoted, along with waste and debris collection at strategic points in the industrial zone.

These actions, totaling over 400,000 euros, have covered various areas such as pavement improvement, adaptation of green zones, optimization of public lighting, road signage, and the provision of new services that facilitate the daily activity of companies. Collaboration between the City Council, IVACE, and the Management and Modernization Entities (EGM) has been key to coordinating interventions according to the needs of each industrial area.

In this vein, Ballester added that the commitment is clear: to continue improving industrial areas so that companies are more competitive, can grow, and attract new investments. The Onda City Council continues with a strategic plan that outlines the roadmap for continuous improvement, contemplating new investments, the incorporation of innovative services, and the adaptation of industrial estates to current challenges.

As part of this strategy, the council launched a specific industrial brigade in February of this year to reinforce maintenance and attention in the industrial parks. In just two months, this unit has already carried out over 30 actions in various industrial areas of the municipality, such as EGM Nord 2, Casablanca Industrial Park, Miralcamp Industrial Park, EGM Sur 13, Trencadella, and Entre Ríos. The works have included clearing, cleaning of plots, roundabouts, and median strips, maintenance of green areas, conditioning of sidewalks and roads, and waste collection.
