The forum not only provides job opportunities but also offers information and advice from participating exhibitors. Additionally, tools to enhance job searching will be provided, with the goal of strengthening the local economic fabric.

The Department of Employment Policies emphasizes its commitment to finding the best job opportunities for the population, aiming to continue reducing the unemployment rate. The unemployment rate in the municipality of Nules in March 2026 is 5.27%, a figure lower than the regional, provincial, and autonomous community average, which stands at 8.13%.
Currently, Nules has 488 unemployed individuals. The City Council allocates 200,000 euros for adherence to various subsidies and has four employment programs in operation subsidized by LABORA: Talent Jove, Acció Inserta, Escola Taller, and Taller d'Ocupació. These programs, with 10 training specialties, amount to a total subsidy of 2,757,173 euros and involve 100 contracted student workers, in addition to teaching, administrative, and management staff.
