The Nules Town Hall has commemorated International LGTBI Pride Day with an institutional event in the Plaza Mayor, where a manifesto was read and the collective's flag was raised.

Nules has once again joined the commemoration of International LGTBI Pride Day, celebrated on June 28th. The institutional event, held in the Plaza Mayor, included the reading of a manifesto in defense of equality and the rights of the LGTBI collective.
The event was attended by the mayor, David García; the councilor for Equality Policies, Gemma Carratalà, and members of the municipal corporation. During the reading of the manifesto, the role of public institutions in combating hate speech and defending the rights and freedoms of LGTBI people was emphasized.
To mark this commemoration, the LGTBI flag has also been hung on the balconies of the town halls of Nules and Mascarell. Additionally, commemorative tokens were distributed among attendees.
According to the town council, these initiatives are part of the actions organized to raise awareness of sexual and gender diversity and to advocate for equal rights.
