The town of Nules, in the Plana Baixa region, has celebrated its traditional Saint Vincent's festival, an event that attracts thousands of people and is notable for its massive 'quintas' parade.

This festival, declared of Provincial Tourist Interest since 2021, is one of the most deeply rooted in the municipality. This year, the organization was handled by the Quinta of 1999, which has kept the tradition alive with great participation.
As is customary, the 'quintas' (groups of young people from the same birth year) paraded through the urban streets of Nules, accompanied by music and decorated carts pulled by horses. The highlight of the parade was the arrival at Saint Vincent Street, where tribute was paid to the saint by circling the bonfire, a symbolic and much-anticipated act.
The festive day continued with the handover of the banner to the Quinta of 2000, in front of the canopy located in the Plaça Major. This 'quinta' will be responsible for organizing the festival next year, ensuring the continuity of this tradition. The celebration will conclude this afternoon with the traditional mass and procession in honor of Saint Vincent.
The Saint Vincent's festival in Nules was established by the Quinta of 1961 and, since then, has gained great tradition and roots among the residents of the municipality, becoming one of the most prominent days on the local calendar.
