Nules is hosting an exhibition dedicated to generations of 'quintos', featuring festive attire and a photographic review, while the recently restored image of Saint Vincent is prepared for the procession.

The town of Nules has been the meeting point for several generations of 'quintos' (groups of young people celebrating their coming of age), who have shared their history through an exhibition at the Local Multifunctional Venue. This display, open until Sunday afternoon, includes festive attire and a photographic retrospective documenting the 'quintos' tradition in the municipality.
The Sant Vicent program in Nules combines activities for the entire population, such as the traditional parade, with more intimate events for the 'quintos'. An example was the welcome ceremony that the 'quinta' of '99 offered to the generations of '98, 2000, and 1974, organized by the current 'quinta'.

"These types of proposals that provide perspective to the festivity are very important because they involve recovering a part of our cultural heritage. It is special because it takes into account older people, who greatly value being remembered and are always willing to get involved."

Ramón Martínez · Councillor for Traditions
The Councillor for Traditions, Ramón Martínez, emphasized the importance of these initiatives for the recovery of local cultural heritage. Martínez recalled that the previous year a documentary was made that recorded the history of the festivity since the 'quinta' of 1961, which established the tradition as it is known today. According to the councillor, it is a commitment of all residents of Nules "to care for and maintain this heritage beyond the strictly recreational sphere".
Furthermore, the image of Saint Vincent, a work by artist Enrique Giner, will be processed on Monday afternoon "fully restored". This intervention was urgently planned after an accidental fall of the carving. The restoration, which has had municipal support, was carried out by Inma Traver. Although there will be no official presentation due to time constraints, the intention is to coordinate with the restorer, the owning family, and the parish to publicize the details of the work done, with the aim of raising awareness about the need to care for heritage.
The program for Saturday includes a 'despertà' (early morning wake-up call), a visit to the cemetery in memory of the deceased from the 'quinta' of '99, and the placement of myrtle and torches on the ceramic altarpiece dedicated to Saint Vincent on the parish facade.
