The Territorial Directorate of Education has approved the project for the construction of a new school in Moncofa, which will have 18 educational units, distributed in six Early Childhood classrooms and twelve Primary classrooms, to address the population increase.

This new school, with two complete lines, aims to respond to the demographic growth experienced by the municipality in recent years and strengthen the public education offer. The project's validation occurred during a working meeting between the municipal government team and Education officials, where the definitive technical planning of the infrastructure was discussed.

"The new center is key to guaranteeing the educational future of the municipality and meeting the needs of families."

The council highlighted that this infrastructure will allow educational services to adapt to the population increase recorded in the locality. Furthermore, the evolution of the CEIP Avel·lí Corma was recalled, which since its opening has increased its student number by 50%, going from two to three educational lines, which required the habilitation of new classrooms with municipal collaboration.
The municipal leadership argued that Moncofa's growth demands planning modern and sufficient infrastructures to maintain quality public education and adequate facilities for students. The meeting also included the participation of the territorial director of Education, the councilor for Education, representatives of the AMPA (Parents' Association), and members of the CEIP Avel·lí Corma management.
The City Council positively assessed the project's progress and emphasized that the new school will be a strategic infrastructure to consolidate Moncofa's sustainable growth and improve public services for families.
