These pools aim to cover positions such as tourist boat guide, lifeguard monitor, and kiosk-cafeteria, shop, ticket office, and tourist info assistant. Contracts are for the summer season, as well as to cover holidays, reinforcements, and peak work periods.
The high season has already begun, but activity will intensify in the coming weeks with the inauguration of the new water park in July. For this reason, additional staff is needed for lifeguarding, ticket offices, and cafeteria, in addition to the usual reinforcements to meet tourist demand.
Annual salaries for the offered positions range between 28,000 and 32,000 euros, depending on the category and established conditions. The working week is 35 hours, according to the agreement, and may include hours between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, as well as weekends, given the tourist nature of the resource.
“"These pools are a good employment opportunity for this summer, especially for people who want to combine work with studies during the year. Sant Josep continues to grow as a tourist attraction pole, and that forces us to reinforce services and generate employment linked to our main tourist resource."
Interested individuals can consult the bases, requirements, and registration method on the Emsevall website, in the 'Work with us' section. The deadline for submitting applications will end on May 7.
