La Vall d'Uixó is hosting the third edition of Mostra'm, an intercultural initiative that, from May 16 to 24, will fill the streets with folklore and activities to promote coexistence and cultural diversity in the municipality.
The City Council of La Vall d'Uixó has presented the third edition of Mostra'm, the municipality's intercultural exhibition, which will be held from May 16 to 24 with a comprehensive program of activities. The main objective is to highlight the cultural diversity, coexistence, and social richness contributed by the different communities present in the city.
This initiative was born with the aim of working on the concept of interculturality, linked to citizen coexistence among people of different origins and cultures. It is celebrated around World Day for Cultural Diversity, which is commemorated on May 21.

"Mostra'm is a space to recognize that all cultures can live and coexist in the same town. We are a welcoming city, we always have been, and today more than ever we must demonstrate it."
The program will kick off on Saturday, May 16, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with the international folklore parade and exhibition. This is one of the most emblematic activities and is being enhanced this year. The parade will depart from Plaza del Centro and conclude in Plaza del Parque, where musical and cultural performances from different countries and groups will take place.
Throughout the rest of the week, numerous activities open to all citizens have been organized. These include a film forum, a women's discussion group, an NGO fair, an intercultural cooking workshop, a participatory mural for interculturality, family theater, a collective exhibition, and an intercultural football competition.
