The celebration of the traditional procession in honor of Sant Pasqual in Vila-real has been rescheduled for Sunday, May 24th. The decision to move the event, initially planned for the previous Sunday, was made due to its suspension caused by adverse weather conditions.
According to the council, the new date was agreed upon with all involved parties. Additionally, municipal services for logistics and security have reorganized the planned arrangements to ensure the event's smooth progression.
The procession will take place on the final day of Vila-real's patron saint festivities. The route has also been modified to accommodate the other scheduled events for that day.
The City Council emphasized the "special and cherished" nature of the Sant Pasqual procession within the patron saint celebrations. They also expressed gratitude for the public's understanding regarding the programming change, which was necessitated by the weather.
