The well-known journalist Iker Jiménez has revolutionized Twitter (X) by publishing a video in which, far from his usual serious tone, he promotes the content of his program Horizonte for tonight. In the recording, Jiménez imitates Diego Armando Maradona's Argentine accent and uses four Playmobil figures customized with the footballer's historical kits.
The video, which has already garnered thousands of views, shows the figures dressed in the colors of Boca Juniors, FC Barcelona, Napoli, and the Argentine National Team. Jiménez, displaying an unknown humorous side, gives voice to the Boca Playmobil: "Che pibe, soy el Diego de la gente, el Diego de Boca, soy un joven y me están contando que Horizonte es un auténtico impacto".
Subsequently, the presenter moves to the Barcelona figurine to comment: "Pues claro, pelotudo, soy el Diego del Barça, 1984, tú no sabes el quilombo que están montando los chicos de Horizonte, toda España está hablando de ello". The sketch continues with the Napoli figure, which reveals one of the program's keys: "Mirá, hoy van a hablar de las conexiones de la trama que a todo el mundo le interesan pero con Estados Unidos, ¿te imaginás?".
To cap off the promotion, Jiménez uses the figure of Maradona, the world champion with the Argentine team, to declare: "Bueno, yo soy el que manda, soy el Diego, arranca por la derecha, yo soy el Diego del gol de todos los tiempos y digo que esta noche, Horizonte va a estar de 10".
