This action is part of the Consell's strategy to improve the management of public assets that are not essential for the regional administration. The property located in the province of Castellón is in the Pinella de Vila-real area, polygon 41, plot 259, and has a base bidding price of 6,711.16 euros.
The land has been declared an unexploitable plot as it does not reach the minimum cultivation unit, a circumstance that justifies its auction. According to the procedure, the property was already offered unsuccessfully to both neighboring owners and various departments of the Generalitat. After receiving no proposals for its use, Patrimonio has agreed to include it in this call for the disposal of regional assets.
The file also includes a building located at Barcelonina street number 4 in València, valued at 1,358,489.07 euros. The property currently has no public use and was already the subject of four previous auctions that were declared void. This building has a constructed area of 727 square meters according to the cadastre and 764 square meters according to plans.
For years it was associated with the founding place of Valencia CF, as it was believed that the old Bar Torino was located there, although later investigations placed the establishment in another location. The facade preserves a commemorative plaque that recalls this symbolic link.
The auction will be conducted in lots and through sealed bids, with up to four successive auctions. The base price will be that set in the expert appraisal of each property, and if the first call is deserted, new auctions may be held with a progressive reduction of the bidding type. The deadline for submitting offers concludes on June 9. The opening of proposals will take place on June 30 in the assembly hall of the Conselleria de Economía, Hacienda y Administración Pública, at Palau street number 12 in València.
Interested parties must constitute a deposit equivalent to 5% of the base bidding price. Offers should preferably be submitted to the General Registry of the Conselleria.
