The Civil Guard has arrested an individual as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of damage to a Fallas tent in Vall d'Uixó, with damages valued at 4,800 euros.

The action is part of an investigation launched after a complaint was filed regarding damage caused during the Fallas festivities. The events date back to the night of March 15-16, when the tent was accessed after several of its side canvases were slashed.
Once inside, attempts were also made to carry out various financial transactions from a point-of-sale (POS) terminal, although these were not completed. As a result of these acts, 16 canvases of the installation were damaged, raising the economic loss to approximately 4,800 euros.
Following the complaint, agents began inquiries to clarify what happened and identify the allegedly involved person. The investigation led to the location of the presumed culprit, who was arrested on April 16 in Vall d'Uixó. The proceedings have already been forwarded to the Court of First Instance and Instruction of Nules.
