Villarreal Women are two matches away from returning to Spain's top flight, with the final against Valencia Féminas on the horizon. The first leg will be played in Vila-real.

Jordi Ferriols' squad overcame Osasuna in the semi-finals, winning both away and at home. Two first-half goals set them on their way to a 3-1 victory in the second leg. The team from La Plana was effective in attack despite initial parity.
Sara Medina opened the scoring in the 19th minute with a powerful shot from the edge of the area. Osasuna attempted a comeback but failed to convert their chances. Before halftime, a great cross from Lauris was headed in by María Macías, making it 2-0 and almost sealing the win.
In the second half, Osasuna's goalkeeper, Mon, saved a third goal in the 57th minute. The visitors reduced the deficit through Claudia, but Aixa Salvador sealed the match in the 83rd minute with the final 3-1 goal.
The match took place at Campo 5 of the Sports City in front of approximately 300 spectators. The next fixture will be the two-legged final against Valencia, starting next weekend.
