The Burriana City Council will allocate 90,000 euros to the drafting of technical studies for execution unit A-14/16, bordered by Camí Ribesalbes, La Llosa de la Plana street, and Betxí street.

The Burriana City Council has announced it will submit a credit modification of 90,000 euros to the next Municipal Plenary. These funds will be specifically allocated to the drafting of the technical studies necessary to advance the A-14/16 execution unit. The area of action for this unit is bordered by Camí Ribesalbes, La Llosa de la Plana street, and Betxí street.
This financial provision will allow the initiation of the consultancy and project phase, considered essential for materializing the direct management of this integrated action program. The decision follows the approval last March of the unit's direct management and meetings held with the owners of the residential urban land areas.
Approximately 60% of the property owners, representing over 60% of the affected plots, have expressed their agreement with the plan, while only 18% have opposed it. With this initiative, residents follow the example of the adjacent units A-13 and A-34, demonstrating the government team's commitment to completing the urban coastal strip.

"To equip the second beachfront line with infrastructure that is up to current standards."

Jorge Monferrer Daudí · Mayor of Burriana
The Mayor of Burriana, Jorge Monferrer Daudí, highlighted the importance of this measure to transform a strategic area. The goal is for residents to have quality public services and modern mobility, effectively ending 40 years of urbanistic paralysis through a management model that prioritizes the general interest and consensus.

"This credit modification would represent the definitive administrative boost to structure the maritime zone."

Mario Trullen · Urban Planning Councilor
For his part, the Urban Planning Councilor, Mario Trullen, pointed out that the development of these units is fundamental to ensure that all roads and services in the sector function coherently and effectively, responding with realities and municipal investment to the majority support conveyed by the owners.
