The Burriana City Council will allocate 90,000 euros to the drafting of technical studies for the urban sector A-14/16, with the aim of reactivating this coastal area after four decades of inactivity.

The Burriana City Council has decided to submit a credit modification of 90,000 euros to the next Municipal Plenary. The purpose of this financial allocation is to fund the drafting of the technical studies necessary to advance the execution unit A-14/16. This sector is bordered by Camí Ribesalbes, La Llosa de la Plana street, and Betxí street. The investment will enable the initiation of the consultancy and project phase, considered essential for materializing the direct management of this integrated action program.
This initiative follows the approval last March of the unit's direct management and several meetings with the landowners. Approximately 60% of the owners, representing over 60% of the affected plots, expressed their agreement with the plan, while only 18% opposed it. The residents are thus following the example of neighboring units such as A-13 and A-34, demonstrating the government team's commitment to completing the coastal urban strip.
