Benicàssim has renewed its participation in the Spanish System for Integral Quality in Tourist Destinations (SICTED), achieving 22 distinctions for services such as the Tourist Info and the Voramar, Almadrava, and Torre de Sant Vicent beaches.

The municipality of Benicàssim has had its adherence to the SICTED program renewed this year, an initiative that rewards continuous improvement and excellence in visitor service. Currently, Benicàssim boasts 22 tourist services recognized by this system, which evaluates and trains companies in the sector to ensure a quality offering.
Among the distinguished services are the Tourist Info Benicàssim, as well as the emblematic beaches of Voramar, Almadrava, and Torre de Sant Vicent. These recognitions highlight the municipality's commitment to maintaining high quality standards across all aspects of the tourist experience.
The SICTED program's primary objective is to promote quality in tourist destinations through best practices and evaluation systems aimed at increasing visitor satisfaction. The system covers up to 36 different activities, ranging from accommodation and catering to retail and complementary services.
The Councilor for Tourism, Elena Llobell, emphasized the importance of these distinctions in strengthening Benicàssim's competitiveness. Meanwhile, the mayor, Susana Marqués, underscored the council's commitment to the constant improvement of the visitor experience, considering tourism quality a fundamental strategy for the municipality's development.
