Benidorm Hosts XVIII Costa Blanca Taekwon-Do ITF Spain Cup

The Palau d’Esports l’Illa de Benidorm is hosting the eighteenth edition of the Costa Blanca Benidorm 2026 Cup of the national Taekwon-Do ITF Spain league, an event that gathers numerous participants.

This championship, organized by the Spanish Taekwon-Do ITF Federation, actively collaborates with the TAE Club and the Benidorm Sports Department. Since early morning, taekwondo practitioners have been competing in various disciplines, showcasing their skills.
The modalities include forms, traditional combat, sparring, and special techniques, offering a broad spectrum of taekwondo practice. The Sports Councilor, Javier Jordà, along with his colleagues from the municipal government team, Ángela Zaragozí and Luis Navarro, have been present to closely follow the competition.
Throughout the day, the municipal representatives were accompanied by José Luis Diego, president of the TAE Club of Benidorm and vice-president of the Spanish Federation. Furthermore, the councilors actively participated in the awarding of medals and trophies to the winners in the different categories, recognizing the effort and dedication of the athletes.
