This event, organized by the Alicante Provincial Council, has been highlighted for its long history and commitment to Valencian musical culture. The Culture deputy emphasized the importance of this call, which has been promoting music and enthusiasm among new generations of musicians for over half a century.

The ensembles awarded with the first prize and honorable mention in their respective categories were the Unión Musical de Muro de Alcoy (1st Section), the Ateneo Musical de Cocentaina (2nd Section), the Unión Musical de Polop de la Marina (3rd Section), and the Agrupación Musical Mediterráneo La Vila Joiosa (4th Section).
The deputy congratulated all participating ensembles, especially the winners, and thanked the large audience from across the province for their attendance. He also reaffirmed the Provincial Council's commitment to continue supporting the bands, considered a cultural hallmark of great recognition.
The competition jury evaluated aspects such as tuning, sound quality, interpretation, and technique, highlighting the quality of the groups. The winning bands will have the opportunity to participate in the Valencian Community Band Competition, organized by the Institut Valencià de Música.
