The Ondara Town Council has completed the expansion of its literary mural in the O-30 area, incorporating a space dedicated to the writer and journalist Jovi Lozano-Seser, as part of the activities for Book Month.

This now complete mural represents a new recognition of the trajectory of one of the most relevant voices in contemporary Valencian literature, with a strong connection to Ondara.
The image of Lozano-Seser joins those of figures such as Pepa Guardiola, Silvestre Vilaplana, Isabel-Clara Simó, Joan Fuster, Carmelina Sánchez-Cutillas, and Enric Valor, enriching the cultural heritage of the municipality.
The writer is considered the most awarded Ondara author in Valencian literature, with a solid and recognized body of work that has significantly contributed to the dissemination of Valencian literature and the projection of Ondara's name both within and outside the Valencian territory. The mural serves as a public tribute to this literary and journalistic contribution, as well as a recognition of his connection to the town.

"We continue to commit to bringing Valencian literature to the streets and to recognizing local figures who are part of our cultural identity. This project strengthens the link between culture, public space, and education, and helps us transmit literary references to new generations."

Rosa Ana Marí · Councillor for Culture
The expansion of the literary mural dedicated to Jovi Lozano-Seser thus joins the series of events filling the month of April in Ondara, reaffirming the municipal commitment to promoting reading, artistic creation, and valuing local talent.
