The town of Xàbia demonstrated great solidarity in the fight against cancer, filling the tent in the Plaza de la Constitución during a charity event held last Saturday.

The performance, which took place within the framework of the Jesús Nazareno festivities, featured the Valentes i Positives Theater Group and the monologist Paquita Ros. The massive public turnout symbolized the strong involvement of Xàbia's citizens in this important cause.
This event was an exercise in solidarity, and for this reason, the Local Board of Xàbia of the Spanish Association Against Cancer wishes to thank all residents for their participation. The proceeds from the event, with tickets priced at seven euros, were entirely donated to this entity to continue its important work.
The Valentes i Positives Theater Group, made up of women who have suffered from cancer, performed the short plays La Turista and La Porga. With their talent and humor, they contribute to raising awareness about the disease and raising funds for research. The monologist Paquita Ros also provided an enjoyable time for the audience with her performance.
