The Concert Night of the Fogueres de Sant Joan Festivities in Xàbia gathered thousands of people in the Plaza de la Constitución for La Fúmiga's farewell concert.

The Alzira-based band, as part of their definitive farewell tour titled ‘L’últim abraç’ (The Last Hug), delivered a free performance that revisited their greatest hits to an enthusiastic audience from across the Marina Alta and the Valencian Community. Songs like ‘Xàbia’, ‘Llavors’ (Then), ‘Mediterrània’ (Mediterranean), ‘Cançons d’amor’ (Love Songs), ‘Gràcies per tant’ (Thanks for so much), and ‘L’últim abraç’ were played for over an hour.
Vinaròs-born singer-songwriter Esther opened the night and returned to the stage to perform a joint song with La Fúmiga, marking one of the most emotional moments. Her guitarist, a native of Xàbia and former member of Arsènic, further linked the performance to the local music scene.
Following this musical success, Xàbia continues with the main events of its patron saint festivities. The schedule includes performances by Matrix Band and the SOS Animation mega-disco on Saturday, children's activities, and the musical ‘Aladdín’ on Sunday, along with the traditional Flower Offering to San Juan on Monday.
The program also features the celebration of the Nit dels Focs (Night of Fires) on Tuesday, declared a local tourist interest festival, followed by the ‘Nit Màgica’ (Magical Night) Correfocs (fire run). The festivities will culminate on Wednesday, San Juan's day, with the Mascletà (firecracker show), the Float Parade, a fireworks display, and the burning of the Central Bonfire ‘Estelar’.
