The highest-ranked Valencian restaurant is OB Rooftop in Calpe, securing third place nationally. This establishment offers international cuisine, panoramic Mediterranean views, a score of 9.1, and an average ticket price of 25 euros.
Also featured is D-vora in Benidorm, at 14th place, with a score of 8.9 and an average ticket of 30 euros, described as a fusion gastronomy space. In the city of València, Maremar (27th place) stands out for its Mediterranean proposal and port views, with a score of 9.0 and an average ticket of 41 euros.
The Valencian representation is completed by Nomada in Dénia (34th place), led by chef Mauro Gullìo, scoring 9.5 with an average ticket of 32 euros, specializing in creative homemade Italian dishes. In València, La Terracita (44th place), the rooftop of the SH Valencia Palace hotel, achieves a 9.5 and 32 euros, while La Salita by Begoña Rodrigo (47th place), a Michelin-starred and Repsol Sun awarded venue, scores 9.7 and 90 euros.
The ranking, compiled by TheFork based on criteria such as ratings, reviews, popularity, and prime location, is not an official classification but a selection of establishments with a score of 8.5 or higher. The list showcases gastronomic diversity, including Mediterranean, Japanese, Italian, and fusion cuisines, with average ticket prices ranging from 25 to 120 euros.
Nationally, the top spot is held by El Cuartel del Mar in Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz, followed by Il Bocconcino in Adeje, Tenerife, and OB Rooftop in Calpe. The selection includes establishments from 11 autonomous communities. The 58% renewal rate of establishments compared to the 2025 edition highlights the dynamism of Spain's summer gastronomic offerings.
