The Sala Polivalente del Portal del Clot in Xàbia hosts from June 1 to 5, 2026, a free 30-hour course to enhance leadership and professional and entrepreneurial initiative.

Creama, the Xàbia City Council, and the Chamber of Commerce have launched a new edition of the free course “Training in Competencies for Professional and Entrepreneurial Initiative”. This training action, lasting 30 hours and offering an accredited diploma, will take place from June 1 to 5, 2026, in the afternoon (from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM), at the Sala Polivalente del Portal del Clot in Xàbia.
The main objective of the course is to develop competencies and train key skills for professional and entrepreneurial initiative. This perspective includes entrepreneurship, professional development, personal leadership, and decision-making in real labor market contexts.
From the Department of Economic Dynamization and Creama, they highlight the importance of lifelong learning and professional retraining to adapt to a constantly evolving labor market. They point out that actions like this allow acquiring new knowledge and improving employability, both for entering the job market and for advancing in one's professional career.
The afternoon schedule has been chosen again to facilitate work-life balance and encourage participation from employed individuals who wish to continue training and improving their skills.
The training is aimed at individuals interested in improving their employability, professionally retraining, and reinforcing their capabilities through practical and applied methodology, oriented towards transferring learning to real work situations.
To complete the registration, participants must provide their DNI/NIE, an updated employment history (vida laboral), and the LABORA registration or employment improvement document (DARDE). The course is open to both currently employed individuals and those who are unemployed.
