The Department of Sports in Dénia launches the 'Sports on Dénia's Beaches' program, offering free physical activities led by professionals at Marineta Cassiana and Punta del Raset.

From July 1st to August 31st, residents and visitors in Dénia can enjoy a wide variety of sports activities at no cost. The main goal of this initiative is to promote a healthy lifestyle and make the most of the city's natural spaces during the summer months.
Sessions will take place from Monday to Friday, with schedules designed to avoid peak sun exposure: at 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM, 9:15 AM, and 8:00 PM. The only day without scheduled activities will be Wednesday, July 8th, the local holiday of the Santíssima Sang.
The program offers a diverse selection of exercises for all audiences, including yoga, aerobics, aerobox, pilates, body conditioning, and bodyfit. According to the Councilor for Sports, Valen Alcalà, the initiative aims to “take care of health and enjoy the privileged spaces we have”.
No prior registration is required to participate. Anyone interested can join the sessions freely by simply attending the corresponding beach and time for their desired activity.
