Five luxury villas, with prices reaching up to 2.95 million euros, will be erected on a plot of over 7,000 m² in Marge Roig, Dénia, occupying one of the last virgin corners of this coastline.

This urban development project, driven by the developer Noray Roca Holding and part of the Albora complex, involves the construction of five high-end mansions. The two most expensive villas, priced at 2.95 and 2.5 million euros respectively, are already reserved. The former, spanning 1,940 square meters, features five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The remaining three chalets, with costs ranging between 1.9 and 2.1 million euros, are still available. All plots exceed one thousand square meters, totaling 7,333 m² for the five properties. The land extends from the Dénia to Xàbia road to the Marineta Cassiana promenade, with the villas arranged in a single file.
The impact of these new constructions is not only territorial but also historical. Their radically modern aesthetic contrasts with the Victorian architecture of most buildings in Marge Roig, some dating back to the 19th century. The Albora complex will rise next to Rota de Zarzo, a nineteenth-century house built between 1880 and 1895, known for its facade ceramics and Marseilles flat tiles.

"The now barren land is still covered with charming vegetation and sizable pine trees. Gazebos similar to those in La Glorieta, in the center of Dénia, are also visible and will soon be targeted by the pickaxe."

In contrast to this project, the historic pine forest of Finca d’Escolano, near Marge Roig, will be converted into a municipal green area with free public access, thanks to an agreement between the city council and the owners. This green area will span approximately 3,000 square meters, a considerably smaller area than that of the luxury complex.
