Calp's Plaza Mayor will host the sixteenth edition of FiraCalp from May 21 to 24, an event combining gastronomy, commerce, and an extensive leisure program for all audiences.

The Calp City Council, in collaboration with the local Business Association, is once again organizing FiraCalp, one of the most established commercial events in the municipality. This year's edition will feature a total of 32 exhibitors, including 21 restaurant stands, three coffee shops, and two cocktail bars, in addition to six businesses showcasing their products.
Caterers will offer four tapas and one dessert per stall at popular prices, with a varied gastronomic catalog ranging from traditional Calpine dishes, such as rice and fried fish, to gourmet proposals paired with selected wines. Attendees can participate in the Best Tapas of the Fair Contest, voting for their favorite.
The town's festive entities will also be present at FiraCalp. The Moors and Christians 2026 captaincies, the Filà Berberiscos and the Filà Marins Corsaris, will manage the bars, and the profits obtained will be entirely allocated to the organization of upcoming festivities.
The parallel activities program includes wine tastings, cocktail demonstrations, book signings, children's theater, dance, and workshops. Music will have a special place with performances by the Gran Babylon orchestra and tribute shows to bands like Amaral, La Oreja de Van Gogh, Fito y Fitipaldis, and Sergio Dalma. Local entities such as the flamenco school of the Casa de Andalucía, Alba Pérez, Calpe Salsea, the Unión Musical de Calp, and the Moors and Christians Association will also participate.
The organization expects to replicate the success of previous editions, in which FiraCalp has gathered up to 12,000 people, consolidating itself as a major showcase for the promotion of Calpine hospitality and commerce.
