As every summer, Calp has reinforced visitor assistance with two tourist information points located on the beach, complementing the service provided by the municipality's tourism offices. This year's main novelty is the relocation of the information point at Arenal-Bol beach, moving from Colón square to Alemania street, aiming to improve user service and optimize accessibility.
The old booth has been replaced by a new 15-square-meter module, built with thermal insulation materials to ensure greater comfort for both users and staff. The new facilities include two restrooms, one adapted for people with reduced mobility, and two service counters, including an accessible one.
The beach tourist information points will be open from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Both are located on the promenades, next to the beaches, a strategic location that has traditionally been well-received by visitors.
This initiative allows for enhanced tourist attention during the summer season, offering personalized information about the destination's complementary offerings and maintaining direct contact with visitors. These points are in addition to the Tourist Info offices that remain open year-round: Tourist Info Centro, located in Plaza del Mosquit in the old town, and Tourist Info Peñón, situated opposite the salt flats.
