The town of Vallada registered a 3.0 magnitude earthquake at 3 kilometers depth this morning, as reported by IGN Sismología, felt by the population and followed by another tremor in Ontinyent.

The Emergency Coordination Center (CCE) received a notification about this ground movement recorded in Vallada. The earthquake was felt by the population, and the emergency telephone number 112 received two calls regarding it, according to the same sources.
The first seismic movement occurred at 01:52:57 local time. The event was located in the area southeast of Vallada, with coordinates of latitude 38.8641 and longitude -0.6744. The estimated depth was 3.0 kilometers and the magnitude reached 3.0.
Shortly after, at 02:13:40 local time, another earthquake was recorded in the town of Ontinyent. This movement had its epicenter west of Ontinyent, at coordinates 38.8281 latitude and -0.6628 longitude. According to the data collected, it had a depth of 2.0 kilometers and a magnitude of 1.5.
