Students with the best academic records from the city's schools have already received the Extraordinary Awards. This Wednesday, May 7, the Casa de la Cultura will host, at 8:00 PM, the recognition ceremony for retired teachers.
The student awards have distinguished Primary and Secondary students who have excelled in their academic results during the school year. The event was attended by students from various centers, such as CEIP Attilio Bruschetti, CEIP Jacint Castanyeda-La Bola, CEIP Martínez Bellver, CEIP Taquígraf Martí, Claret, Nuestra Señora de la Seo, CEP Gozalbes Vera, IES Josep de Ribera, and IES Doctor Lluís Simarro Lacabra.
The program will continue with the tribute to retired teachers from the different educational centers in Xàtiva. In total, 25 individuals linked to teaching will receive this recognition, in gratitude for their professional career and the work carried out over the years in educating generations of students.
Education Week will continue tomorrow morning with the Student Fair at Albereda Jaume I. In the afternoon, this same space will host children's activities aimed at children aged 0 to 3 years. The program will conclude on Sunday with a family excursion along the Costa del Castell, open to all audiences and requiring prior registration at the Casa de la Joventut.
